TV One Backs Up Product Line with New 5 Year Product Warranty
MARGATE, Kent UK, 4th May 2010 – TV One’s history of innovative products has hit a new milestone in 2010 with an increase from the previous 2 year product warranty to a limited product warranty of 5 years on all CORIO®2 based products in the C2, 1T-C2, CX, A2, or S2 series. These new warranty terms take effect from May 1, 2010.
Dan Gibson, Vice President of TV One states, “The CORIO®2 product line has a track record with field proven results and a solid reliability factor. We now want to extend to our customers this 5 year warranty to further enhance the value of our products and to demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction.”
TV One has also increased the TV One-Task product line (1T series) and all LCD monitors to a 3 year limited warranty. The 26 years of growth and a new long term warranty illustrates the CORIO® firmware-based products’ long term capabilities.
